About This Lab

VapeVeo Research Lab is our independent internal testing division, dedicated to portable consumer device performance evaluation and comparative research.

Collects large samples of real user feedback, compiles flavor performance, durability and daily usage experience reports, and extracts core advantages and common problems of products in actual use.

Our Standard Testing Process

Every device undergoes identical testing conditions and multi-group parallel testing to ensure fair and consistent comparison between all models.

  1. Initial Visual Inspection

    Including 4 verification items: shell workmanship, sealing integrity, interface precision, and packaging labeling completeness.

  2. Continuous Discharge Test

    Adopting standard suction frequency and duration, continuously testing until the battery is exhausted, recording the actual available total duration and output stability.

  3. Seal & Leak Resistance Long-Term Test

    Simulating scenarios such as high and low temperature alternation, air pressure changes, and transportation bumps, and continuously observing the leakage situation for 72 hours.

  4. Structure & Airflow Analysis

    Disassembling internal airway, heating structure and sealing components to analyze the impact of structural design on user experience.

  5. Flavor Consistency Evaluation

    Testing the flavor performance of the device at the early, middle and late stages in stages, and evaluating the degree of flavor attenuation and consistency.

  6. Final Data Sorting & Comparative Report Generation

    Cross-verifying multiple groups of parallel test data, outputting standardized comparison reports and updating the product specification database.

All test results are based on controlled laboratory environment (25°C room temperature, standard atmospheric pressure). Actual user experience may vary due to individual usage habits, ambient temperature and storage conditions.
