Refund & Returns

Due to the hygienic, health safety and regulatory nature of vaping products, all opened, used, inhaled or unsealed items are classified as final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
We only accept after-sales requests under strict conditions:
If your item remains completely unopened, unused and in original sealed factory packaging, and arrives with severe manufacturing or factory defects, you may contact our customer support to apply for a resolution.
We will not provide returns, exchanges or refunds for any issues caused by personal damage, improper use, accidental damage, drops, water damage, or any non-manufacturing related reasons. All customer-changed mind orders are also non-refundable.
All order defect claims must be submitted to our support team within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will assess each case individually and provide reasonable solutions accordingly.
Once a product is opened, used or tampered with in any way, all after-sales rights will be forfeited permanently for hygiene and safety compliance reasons.
