At vapeveo.com, we’re committed to delivering your orders efficiently to customers across the United States and European Union. Below are the detailed shipping and processing terms, based on our overseas warehouse inventory status. Please pay close attention to the delivery time before placing your order, and thank you for your understanding.
Processing Time
All orders require 1 business day for processing before being handed over to our trusted shipping carriers.
- We process orders daily during standard business hours:
- U.S. customers: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- EU customers: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CET/CEST (Central European Time)
Orders received after the daily cut-off time, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time Based on Warehouse Stock
The final delivery time depends on product availability at our overseas warehouses:
- If your ordered items are in stock at our overseas warehouse: Package will be delivered within 5 business days.
- If your ordered items are out of stock at our overseas warehouse: Estimated delivery will take 10 to 15 business days, including international transit and customs clearance.
Possible Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to uncontrollable external factors, including logistics capacity, severe weather, and customs inspection for EU shipments.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You may track your package via the link in the email or your account page on our website. Please note that tracking updates may not show immediately until the package arrives at the carrier sorting facility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address, contact information and email are fully correct when placing an order. Wrong address will lead to delivery delay or returned package.
If a package is returned due to incorrect customer address, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer. Original shipping cost will not be refunded for such cases.
Replacement & Transit Insurance
All shipments are covered by carrier insurance against loss and damage during transit. Valid proof is required for any damage or loss claim. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, no further claims for loss or theft after delivery will be accepted.
